How to film for the best result
- Film from the side of the bike, the side facing the camera, with the whole bike and rider in frame.
- Put the camera at about crank height, level and still (a tripod or a stack of books), roughly 3 metres away.
- Pedal steadily at your normal cadence for 20 to 30 seconds, in the position you want to check.
- Wear fitted clothes in a colour that contrasts with the wall. Good, even light helps a lot.
- Landscape video works best.
